Packaging Details
Step 1
Wrap the window corner with hard and thick corrugated board, tightened with protection film.
Step 2
Put on iron steel pallets which can load 2.0 T goods and with about 10-15 units of doors & windows.
Step 3
All goods fixed by steel bar with screws to iron pallets. Wrap the whole pallet with film to avoid water and dust.
Step 4
Use forklift to load goods into container, insert pallet space with air bags to ensure 100% safe transportation.

A: Our product is CUSTOM MADE. We always manufacture windows and doors according to buyer's specific dimensions.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: 38 days after deposit and drawing confirmed.
Q: What is your warranty? What do we do in case of problems?
A: 10 years quality warranty is provided, including frame unfading nor peel-off, and hardware working properly. In case of quality issues, we will provide replacement by international courier.
Q: Are your products certificated?
A: Yes, our products meet Australian standard for now and also we will make our product tested and certificated if required.
