The standard lead time is approximately 38 days after the deposit is received and shop drawings are fully confirmed.
Glass is pre-installed at the factory based on unit dimensions to ensure safety during transport and ease of installation. On-site glazing is recommended only for extra large units.
A 10-year quality warranty is provided covering frame color stability, structural integrity, and smooth hardware operation under normal usage.
Products meet major international standards including Australian AS2047/AS2208, Canadian CSA, US NFRC, and Miami-Dade requirements.
