Wrap the window corner with hard and thick corrugated board, tightened with protection film.

Put on iron steel pallets which can load 2.0 T goods and with about 10-15 units of doors & windows.

All goods be fixed by steel bar with screws one by one to the iron pallets, insure the unshakable whole pallet. Wrap the whole pallet with protection film to avoid water and dust.

Use forklift to load the goods into the container, insert pallet space with air bags to ensure 100% safe transportation. Container loading process with careful inspection.

What is the standard size of your windows and doors?

All products are custom-made according to the buyer's exact dimensions and project requirements.

What is your delivery lead time and payment terms?

Delivery takes approximately 38 days after deposit and drawing confirmation. Terms typically require a 30% - 50% deposit via T/T, with the balance due before delivery (Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted).

What warranty service is provided?

A 10-year quality warranty covers non-fading and non-peeling frames, along with proper functionality of hardware/accessories (including German hardware). Replacement parts are sent via international courier if needed.

Do windows come with glass pre-installed?

Glass is installed at the factory based on dimensions to ensure safe transit and easy installation on site. Onsite glazing is recommended primarily for oversized custom products.
