Our payment term requires a 30%-40% deposit upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance due prior to shipment after final inspection.
We offer a 10-year quality warranty covering frame surface integrity (no fading or peeling) and smooth operation of accessories. German hardware carries a 10-year warranty. In case of quality issues, replacement parts are dispatched immediately via international courier.
