Corner Protection & Wrapping: Wrap window and door corners with hard, thick corrugated board, securely wrapped with protective film.

Pallet Loading: Secured onto heavy-duty iron steel pallets capable of loading 2.0 Tons, carrying approximately 10-15 door/window units per pallet.

Fixing & Weatherproofing: All units are fastened to steel pallets using steel bars and screws to eliminate movement. Whole pallets are wrapped with waterproof film against dust and moisture.

Container Loading: Forklifts carefully load pallets into containers, utilizing airbag spacers between pallets to ensure 100% safe transit during ocean freight.
