We can supply the complete window and door system (including profile, hardware, accessories, glass) as well as the finished products ready for installation.
Q: How can I get an accurate price quote?
The price is based on specific requirements. Please provide the following information to help us quote:
  • Shop drawing / window schedule showing dimensions, quantity, and type
  • Frame color preferences
  • Type, thickness, and color of glass (single, double, laminated, Low-E, tinted, etc.)
Q: What is the standard size of your windows and doors?
Our products are CUSTOM MADE. We manufacture windows and doors tailored specifically to buyer dimensions.
Q: What is your standard delivery time and payment terms?
Delivery time is typically 38 days after deposit and drawing confirmation. Payment terms are normally 30% - 50% deposit by T/T, with balance paid before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted.
Q: What warranty coverage do you offer?
A 10-year quality warranty is provided, ensuring frames will not fade or peel off, and hardware/accessories operate properly under correct usage. A 10-year warranty applies to German hardware.
Q: Do your products come with glass installed?
Glass is pre-installed at the factory based on dimensions to ensure safety during transportation and easier overall installation. Onsite glazing is recommended primarily for oversized products.
