A: We can supply the window system (including profile, hardware, accessories, glass) as well as the finished products ready for installation.
A: The price is based on buyer's specific requirement. Please provide shop drawings/window schedules showing dimensions, quantity, type, frame color, and glass specs to get an exact quote.
A: Our products are CUSTOM MADE. We always manufacture windows and doors according to the buyer's exact dimensions.
A: Delivery takes about 38 days after deposit and drawing confirmation. Payment terms are normally 30% - 50% deposit by T/T and balance before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.
A: We provide a 10-year quality warranty covering frame color unfading/peel-off and proper functioning of hardware. In case of quality issues, replacement parts will be dispatched immediately via international courier.
