Packing & Loading
Step 1: Wrap the window corner with hard and thick corrugated board, tightened with protection film.
Step 2: Put on iron steel pallets which can load 2.0 T goods and holding about 10-15 units of doors & windows.
Step 3: All goods fixed by steel bars with screws one by one to the iron pallets to ensure stability. Wrap the whole pallet with protection film to avoid water and dust.
Step 4: Use forklift to load goods into container, insert pallet space with air bags to ensure 100% safe transportation.

Our products are custom made. We manufacture windows and doors according to your specific dimensions and requirements.
Q: What is your typical delivery time and payment terms?
Delivery takes approximately 38 days after deposit and drawing confirmation. Standard payment terms are 30%-50% deposit via T/T and balance before delivery.
Q: What warranty is provided with the products?
We offer a 10-year quality warranty covering frame color unfading, peel-off, and hardware operation under proper use. Replacements are delivered via international courier if needed.
Q: Do your windows come with glass pre-installed?
We install glass at the factory based on dimensions to ensure safe transportation and easy installation onsite. Onsite glazing is recommended for oversized units.
